At Nexo Administración Tecnológica, we value our affiliates as key strategic partners in driving our business growth. Therefore, we have designed a policy that sets forth the terms and conditions under which our affiliate program will operate.

Eligibility

Individuals or legal entities that meet the following requirements may participate in our affiliate program:

- Be at least 18 years of age.

- Have a website or social media presence with relevant and quality content for our target audience.

- Agree to the terms and conditions of our affiliate program.

Commissions

Commissions will be paid according to the following percentages based on the affiliate level:

- Contributor Level: 10% for each generated sale.

- Partner Level: 15% for each generated sale.

- Ambassador Level: 20% for each generated sale.

Commissions are calculated on the total sale value, excluding taxes and shipping costs.

Payments

Payments will be made monthly, provided that the accumulated commission balance exceeds USD $50. Otherwise, the payment will be carried over to the following month.

Payments will be made via bank transfer or PayPal, according to the affiliate's preference.

Affiliate Responsibilities

As an affiliate, you agree to:

- Promote our services in an honest and transparent manner.

- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.

- Not engage in activities that could harm Nexo Administración Tecnológica’s reputation.

- Maintain the confidentiality of any information provided by Nexo Administración Tecnológica.

Termination

Nexo Administración Tecnológica reserves the right to terminate an affiliate's participation in the program for any of the following reasons:

- Non-compliance with the terms and conditions of the program.

- Fraudulent or deceptive activities.

- Violation of Nexo Administración Tecnológica privacy or intellectual property policies.

Upon termination, all outstanding commissions will be paid to the affiliate, provided there has been no involvement in illegal or harmful activities.

Modifications

Nexo Administración Tecnológica reserves the right to modify this affiliate policy at any time, with prior notification to affiliates at least 30 days in advance.
