  • You detect a serious error or issue in the service that cannot be satisfactorily resolved.

Refunds will not be granted for changes of mind, subjective dissatisfaction, or failure to fulfill your responsibilities as a customer.

Approval and Processing of Refunds

If the service was paid in installments, the refund will be calculated proportionally based on the payments made.

Deadlines and Limitations

You have a period of 30 calendar days from the date of service delivery to request a refund. After this period, we will be unable to process your request.

Additionally, we reserve the right to limit the number of refunds per customer if we detect excessive or abusive use of this policy.

Exceptions

This refund policy does not apply to custom or bespoke services, as these require a specific approval and acceptance process.

It also does not apply to services that have been modified, altered, or misused by the customer.
